Buying shoes for toddlers can be tricky. We get it. That’s why we created the Qilavo 60-Day "Happy Feet" Guarantee.

We want you to feel completely confident trying the Comfort+ on your little one. We don’t just want you to look at them; we want you to use them.

How it Works

  1. Test Them Out: Put them on your child. Let them run, jump, climb, and play outside.

  2. Decide: If they aren't the easiest, most comfortable shoes your toddler has ever worn, you don't keep them.

  3. Return: Send them back within 60 days for a full refund or exchange.

Do I have to keep them clean? No. We accept returns on worn shoes within the 60-day window. We want you to know they work in the real world.

What about any free socks? If you received a free pair of socks with your order, they are yours to keep! You do not need to return them.

Common Questions

How do I start a return? Simply email our support team at hello@qilavo.com with your order number. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Can I exchange for a different size? Absolutely. If the size isn't quite right, just let us know. We will help you get the perfect fit.

When will I get my refund? Once we receive your return, we usually process refunds within 5-7 business days. The funds will go back to your original payment method.


The Fine Print

  • Window: You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Condition: After the 60-day window has passed, items must be unworn and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.

  • Exceptions: Gift cards and certain promotional items are non-refundable.
